**As an Education Coordinator, you would participate in the centre’s operations, including**:
*
- Helping parents to discover Oxford Learning and inform them about our programs,*

*
- Building relationships with parents and the community (schools, sports teams, and local businesses),*

*
- Following a service schedule and executing pre-assigned tasks throughout the workday effectively,*

*
- Creating a fun and energetic learning environment on a daily basis,*

*
- Effectively mastering the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy as well as coaching other teaching members of the team,*

*
- Promoting and participating in all aspects of the Oxford Learning business,*

*
*
**What do you need to succeed?**
*
- 3-5 years administrative experience in a supervisory role,*

*
- Experience working in an educational environment dealing with large student bodies,*

*
- Experience with billing cycles required,*

*
- Strong computer skills (MS Office),*

*
- Strong phone and customer service skills (experience in sales is preferred),*

*
- Minimum university degree *

*
- Teaching certification is an asset,*

*
- Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset,*

*
- Must be bilingual French and English.*
