**Salary: Competitive base salary + commission**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospect and Generate Leads**: Identify potential clients in industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, chemical processing, and utilities. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate process instrumentation solutions. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients during the sales process.
- **Product Presentations and Demonstrations**: Conduct virtual and in-person product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients. Highlight the features, benefits, and value of our instrumentation products.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Collaborate with decision-makers to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts. Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and establish new ones. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to position our products effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree of diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in technical sales, preferably in process instrumentation or related industries.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with various types of process instruments (flow meters, pressure transmitters, level sensors, etc.).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- **Self-Motivated**: Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- **Travel**: Occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
