**Roles and Responsibilities of an Account Manager at Castles Technology**

An Account Manager’s role at Castles is vital to our Sales and Business Development team. Our client’s experience is crucial to our business success. Your clear communication and strong service skills will ensure you can increase client retention rates, drive trust and loyalty and generate additional value for our strategic clients.
- Identify and document business needs and create statements of work or processes to address the requirements
- Facilitate the authoring and review of distribution and partnership agreements
- Maintain a consistent routine of meetings and reviews with the client, including capturing all agreed minutes and actions
- Record and report on all client activities and sales in the CRM system
- Resolving any client concerns or complaints, including escalations when needed
- Conduct continuous diagnostic business analysis to identify problems where Castles can bring additional value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and to drive overall business growth
- Arrange internal meetings to present requirements and problems on behalf of clients to formulate solutions
- Keeps current on product and market advancements by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies

Qualities of a great Castles Technology Client Manager
- Bachelors’ degree or similar qualification in business, sales, communications, STEM, or related field
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication). Bilingual in French is an asset
- 3+ years of experience in sales and account management; with a focus on financial technology/SaaS/HaaS is a plus
- Must have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional, empathic communication skills, including asking questions and presenting ideas and information to an audience
- Being self-driven and organized is essential, especially in tracking actions and goals
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time to tradeshows and client visits
