**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, or caulking as necessary.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the scope of work required.
- Rig and set up scaffolding or other equipment as needed for high or difficult-to-reach areas.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project timelines and expectations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in construction painting, including commercial and industrial projects.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and painting equipment.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics is preferred.
- Strong skills in caulking and surface preparation techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
