Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Painting Estimator and Project Manager to join our expanding painting company. The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience in commercial painting estimating and/or project management, with a proven track record of quoting and selling significant sales volumes. Job Responsibilities Quote and estimate jobs daily, including reading blueprints and liaising with property managers and contractors. Send quotes, attend appointments, build relationships, and close sales with a target rate of 25-40% on qualified leads. Work hours are flexible, typically from 9 am to 8 pm, with weekend work expected during peak seasons. Employment Requirements Minimum 3 years of quoting and sales experience; experience in painting is a plus. Basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a criminal background check. Thick-skinned, determined “closer” with strong communication and people skills.
