**In this role you will be expected to**:
- Train and guide new and existing franchises, FOH, and BOH teams in operating an Osmow's restaurant effectively.
- Document and monitor the training progress of trainees, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Maintain training materials, schedules, and ensure all Certified Training Restaurants have updated resources.
- Provide ongoing support, evaluations, and guidance to Certified Training Restaurants to uphold Osmow's standards.
- Assist with restaurant openings, including timeline setting, inventory management, and team training.
- Support food truck events, leading or assisting as required.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in operations, team environment, and guest experience, and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
**Who you are**:
- College/University degree considered an asset
- Train the Trainer certificate an asset
- Excellent understanding of the casual dining industry and restaurant operations
- Ability to work Flexible hours
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual (English/French) a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
