**Key Role & Responsibilities**
- Effectively communicate with property owners/managers/tenants, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters
- Work directly with project managers to assist in implementing project goals
- Perform tasks as required by the Senior Project Manager in support of project needs
- Oversee various aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
- Site inspections as required
- Scope Writing/Estimating
- Be aware of all aspects of scopes of work so proper assistance to the Senior Project Manager can be provided
- Liaise with Senior Project Manager to maintain project schedule and efficiency
- Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
- Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
- Coordinate with Senior Project Manager and other project leads following project execution
- Open all projects
- Complete initial paperwork for project Emergency response plans and maps / Emergency contact list for all new projects. All documentation forwarded to Safety team for recording
- Issuing and distribution of PO’s and Subcontract agreements
- Sourcing subtrades when required
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and complete
- Ensure work authorizations and completion certificates have been obtained and uploaded to Encircle
- Assisting with job accounting and cost tracking/accuracy prior to billing
- Be able to work under time constraints to meet deadlines
- Follow up with clients for Google reviews
- Processing credit card and EFT payments when required
- Be able to work, manage and respond in an on-call rotation environment for 24/7 emergency response services

**Must Have**:

- 2+ year prior restoration experience, insurance and/or construction coordination
- Knowledge of Xactimate and Encircle preferred
- Previous knowledge of construction estimating and job costing
- Solid construction background and common sense for construction process
- Minimum 1 year of proven and successful experience in the construction industry
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment to ensure successful project execution
- Working knowledge of necessary industry-related tools, practices and methods
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively from initial contact to project completion
- A valid Alberta driver’s license
