**About the Position**

We are currently seeking a HR Co-op Student to work alongside our HR Manager supporting the multiple Canadian sites.

**Responsibilities**
- Onboarding process work flow design
- Create a new onboarding presentation
- Work on career ladders for manufacturing production
- Complete new hire administration tasks such as benefits and RRSP enrollments
- HR administration and filing
- Recruitment administration and management such as resume screening, telephone screens, interview scheduling and assisint with building our employer brand online
- Training administration/scheduling and research of courses
- Employee engagement events and planning
- Payroll administration - prepare change reports for the payroll processing company
- Benefits administration audit**About You**:

- You are working towards a post secondary education in HR Management and your CHRP
- You are self driven and enjoy collaborating on projects
- You are organized and proficient at managing your time to ensure deadlines are met
- You have a customer service mindset and view the employees as your customer
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English
- You have excellent computer skills (MS Office).
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
