**Scope**

**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with key minor, provincial, and national baseball association stakeholders to successfully market and execute local, regional, and national Blue Jays Baseball Academy events.
- Sourcing and managing vendor relationships to ensure deliverables are met
- Oversee the delivery of all Baseball Academy promotional materials by working with creative designers to produce digital and print marketing materials
- Manage Blue Jays Baseball Academy website and oversee the launch of all programs
- Oversee all program communication with Blue Jays Baseball Academy participants
- Provide consistent and superior customer service with fans, parents, and children.
- Lead customer contact for the Blue Jays Baseball Academy
- Confirm logistics are in place for all upcoming Baseball Academy events
- Assist in booking travel accommodations for Baseball Academy developers and staff
- Support the strategic planning of Blue Jays Baseball Academy program schedule
- Assist with posting and growing Blue Jays Baseball Academy Twitter account
- Collaborate with Blue Jays Amateur Scouting Team on Canadian Futures Showcase tryout evaluations
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a collaborative culture across internal departments
- Perform other duties as assigned within the organization

**Qualifications**
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple programs while working collaboratively as a member of the team
- 2+ years in a similar capacity with administrative, sport development, customer service, and event related experience
- Post-secondary education preferred in sport management, business, marketing, or equivalent
- Knowledge of the Toronto Blue Jays and Blue Jays Baseball Academy programs is an asset
- Ability to take initiative and assume responsibility to deal with unforeseen circumstances
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Team oriented and ability to collaborate across many internal departments
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and travel within Canada in support of Blue Jays Baseball Academy events
