**BREKA BAKERY Group seeks an EXPERIENCED PRODUCTION BAKER in our BREAD production team**

This small team will make European-style bread and yeast donut dough for our BREKA stores and wholesale customers At least one year of bread-making experience in a commercial setting is required.

It is a fast-paced environment with a high production demand. To fit in a small team, you must be a great team player, physically fit to lift heavy stuff, and able to take direction well. Having a positive attitude and willingness to learn would go a long way

**LOCATION**

Unit 101 - 8811 Laurel Street, Vancouver

**SHIFTS & HOURS**

9am to 5pm *the end time may vary depending on production volume.

Must be available to work WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS. OPEN SCHEDULE is preferred.

Part-time: 2-3 shifts per week

Full-time: 4-5 shifts per week. Minimum of 30hours/week is guaranteed for full-time employees

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Mix dough following our recipe and production list
- Divide, roll and shape dough
- Manage proofing dough
- Organize bread baskets and trays
- Handle rack ovens
- Other prep duties & General Cleaning

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Has 1+ year experience working as a Bread making professional
- Follow our procedures/recipes to meet our product standard
- Passionate to producing high-quality products consistently
- Physically fit and able to lift 20kg
- Excellent communication skills to work as part of a small team
- Positive attitude & High energy to work effectively
- Punctual & reliable to show up all scheduled shifts
- Attentive to detail and understands the importance of a clean, organized kitchen
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays

**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**
- Staring Wage $20/hour
- 4 month probationally period
- Wage review based on performance
- Extended health benefit is available
- Employee discount at all Breka Bakery stores
