**Kobalt.io is looking for a driven and outgoing **Inside Sales Representative **to identify qualified prospects to help their organization grow**

As our Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing new outbound prospects as well as nurturing inbound prospects from the Marketing team. This is a great entry-level role that will allow you to gain plenty of experience across multiple facets of the business as well as the security industry as a whole. Your voice and opinions will help to redefine how Kobalt.io looks to onboard, nurture and market to new clients. **Your Responsibilities**:

- Identify new prospects within Kobalt.io's ideal customer profile.
- A/B test outreach and sales-related activities in order to identify best practices.
- Qualify new prospects into sales-qualified prospects.
- Set up calls with sales executives, work jointly on proposals and as you gain experience, work deals from initial call to closure
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine the sales funnel.
- Manage and nurture leads from Marketing channels, including leads referred by partners, leads generated from marketing events and activities, etc.
- Identify the needs of the prospect and work with the sales executives to provide the appropriate services for prospects.
- Develop technical recommendations, solutions, statements of work and proposals to meet customer requirements
- Build long-term relationships with prospects throughout their pre-buying and post-buying journeys.
- Work with the Marketing team to identify any new web pages or assets that need to be made in order to better the prospect’s experience.

**Your Qualifications & Skills**:

- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using cloud software for a variety of tasks.
- Strong willingness to learn and voice your opinions in order to strengthen the business.
- Desire and ability to develop your skill set and move up within the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- A completed or in progress bachelor's degree in business or related field of study or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience or strong experience in cybersecurity is considered an asset.
- Understanding of HubSpot is considered an asset.
