Restaurant Auditor

We are looking for someone to perform bi-weekly audits of our three B.C. Osmow's locations.

**We will provide**:

**We require**:

- Food Handler certificate
- Bi-weekly travel and audits at three locations (Richmond and Surrey)
- Experience in restaurant management
- Regular contact with our management team
- Helping out staff with cleaning or equipment-related issues, where needed

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving any audit-related queries/issues
- Reviewing food preparation, handling, etc.
- Reviewing customer service standards, and assisting in training where needed
- Ensure SOPs for food preparation and food safety are being followed
- Ensure records and logs are correct
- Identifying food safety hazards

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance
Part-time hours: 4.5 per week

Pay: $20.00 per hour
