Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store and ensuring exceptional customer service. If you have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors
- Utilize POS system to process transactions and manage inventory
- Provide multilingual support to customers as needed
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or complaints
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train sales clerks to ensure they meet performance goals
- Oversee store management duties such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and visual merchandising

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in operating a POS system
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and sales techniques
- Experience supervising and motivating a team of employees
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: $35,651.50-$80,351.64 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
