Retail Store Team Lead

**Job description**

Crystal Dreams is currently seeking an **experienced **team lead or supervisor (with at-least 2-3 years of management experience) to help manage its **three** retail stores in the greater Montreal area:

- 2100 Boul. Le Corbusier, Laval
- 3080 Rue St-Denis, Montréal,
- 15781 Boul. Pierrefonds, Pierrefonds.

As a member of the management team, your job will be to ensure the business is running smoothly by leading the staff into the right tasks, coaching them, supervising them and maximizing productivity.

**Some of the tasks you will have to do are**:

- Provide an excellent customer service & ensure the team does the same
- Operate and supervise the cash register system (POS) with debit / credit cards
- Achieve computer tasks on a Mac OS operation system
- Demonstrate an interest, a passion for our products
- Answer the clients and staff requests and concerns
- Packing products for online orders
- Maintain the store, keeping it clean and organized
- Tagging and facing in the store and ensuring the stores are impeccable
- Receiving shipments of stones and other products
- Inventory maintenance
- Ensure team's productivity is maximized
- Managing and training staff. Currently the company has 20+ employees but you will be working with 3-10 employees at the time.

**We are looking for**:

- **Ability to work in minimum 2 stores.**:

- **Weekend availability**:

- Bilingual (French and English) ** **Mandatory**:

- Sales and customer service experience: 1 year minimum
- Ability to identify & solve problems with innovative solutions
- Team Management experience: 2 years minimum
- Be comfortable using a computer: Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Word, Excel, Mac OS and Social Medias
- Cash register Experience: 1 year minimum
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent learning ability
- Flexibility, punctuality, respectful of the schedule
- Teamwork ability
- Ability to use a cash register system / POS

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (required)
- Cashiering: 1 year (required)
