We are looking for a licensed optician (potential future store manager) to join the team and to support our existing services.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provide customers with the most amazing experience and to maximize the conversion;
- Be able to solve problems with open mindset;
- Being expert in optics;
- Dispense, adjust, repair, and trouble shoot eyeglasses and related eyecare products;
- Help customers to find the perfect pair of frames through confident feedback based on style, function, and fit;
- Explain prescription to customers and help them to better understand;
- Explain different lenses and assist customers to select the type that will best suit their needs;
- Taking necessary optical mesurements as needed;
- Place lab orders and invoices.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid optician license or having more than 2 years of experience as an optician;
- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office (i.e. Word, Excel)
- Self-motivated with a passion for the optical industry and fashion;
- Committed to drive sales and to achieve individual targets;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Detailed oriented and time management skills;
- Refraction license is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
