Foreman for Builder

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Utilize construction management software to track progress and manage resources effectively.
- Supervise teams, providing guidance and support to ensure quality control throughout the project.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety standards and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project updates and address any concerns.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
