**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and print.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Assist in managing the organizations website
- Maintain project timelines and coordinate with the team to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Attend functions and fundraisers held by/at the organization to capture/promote content
- Assist director and team with minor admin related tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- This is a student, summer job position and you must be enrolled in a college/university program
- Proficiency in the use of social media platforms is important
- Experience in updating websites an asset
- Reliable transportation as the job is in person
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
