**Overview**
Join our dynamic team as a Food Truck Staff member, where you will play a crucial role in delivering delicious meals to our valued customers. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As part of our food truck team, you will assist in meal preparation and ensure that every dish meets our high standards of quality and safety.

**Duties**
- Assist with food preparation and cooking in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking equipment and utensils.
- Help serve meals to customers, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during service hours.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Participate in regular cleaning and maintenance of the food truck to uphold hygiene standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A passion for cooking and meal preparation is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$24.67 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
