**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Answer phones and help customers who are looking to place a gift order over the phone
- Assist team and customers with delivery issues, invoicing customers and processing payments
- Provide online chat support to Sweet Flour customers
- Assist with office organization, gift packaging, and logistics related to gift deliveries
- Collaborate on social media content creation
- Shoot short iPhone videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Organize props for photo shoots and manage props inventory
- Help plan and inform social media content and strategy
- Be point for wholesale clients and enter invoices
- Assist bookkeeper with collecting receipts and payments

**Hours / Requirements**:
Preferred Start Date: Immediately
Monday - Friday: 9-5 / 10-6

Administrative and / or customer service experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Experience with social media platforms with emphasis on Instagram and TikTok.

Experience with Shopify a bonus.

Proof of double vaccination.
