We're looking for a talented Real Estate Marketing & Social Media Administrator to join our team and take our online presence to the next level If you're a social media pro with an eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of real estate marketing strategies, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Curate, schedule, and post engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- **Content Creation**: Design eye-catching graphics, videos, and posts that highlight property listings, client testimonials, neighborhood features, and market trends.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all marketing materials and posts align with the company’s brand identity and messaging.
- **Real Estate Listings**: Manage property listings across MLS, website, and social media channels; create virtual tours and property highlight videos.
- **Engagement**: Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- **Campaign Strategy**: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and drive traffic to listings and website.
- **Analytics**: Track and report on social media performance, adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain client information in our CRM system, track leads, and ensure follow-ups.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and real estate marketing.
- Strong knowledge of real estate trends, terminology, and market insights.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Skilled in graphic design and video editing (knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for creativity, storytelling, and digital marketing.
