As a **Customer Support Agent & Dispatcher**, you’ll be the key link between our customers and fleet operators, ensuring every piece of the puzzle fits just right. From assessing customer needs to dispatching the appropriate equipment, you’ll orchestrate the flow of information and operations to keep everything running like clockwork. **What You'll Do**:

- Answer and respond to customer calls with care and efficiency.
- Collect information and dispatch fleet operators using our real-time system.
- Solve the daily puzzle of logistics—efficiently dispatching resources and managing documentation to ensure smooth operations.
- Problem-solve on the go, prioritizing tasks as they come up in a fast-moving environment.
- Handle customer invoices, process payments, and ensure accuracy.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Customer Service Experience**: 1-2 years in a role where you thrived helping others.

- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and learning new systems.

**Shift Work**: Our operation runs 24/7, so we need someone comfortable with working various shifts on a rotational basis, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Training (2-6 weeks) takes place Monday-Friday between 7 am and 7 pm; once training is completed, rotational shifts will begin.
