**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling staff and assigning tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote a high level of performance and professionalism.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols that align with industry best practices.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available for staff use.
- Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding cleanliness promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the facility.
- Maintain records related to housekeeping operations, including staff schedules, inventory levels, and inspection reports.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality settings with a strong understanding of housekeeping operations.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
