**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews to ensure efficient operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to guide work processes.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Assist in budgeting and estimating project costs to maintain financial accountability.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and budgeting practices.
- Familiarity with construction management software tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in quality control processes within construction projects.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 10 years (preferred)
