Red Deer County, Canada Sunrise Residential Services Full time

We are accepting resumes full and part time positions in our community based homes.

We operate on a two week rotating roster.

Full time position includes awake nights, afternoons and weekends. Part time is weekends only, Friday, Sat, Sun various shifts.

Positive reliable individuals with
- First Aid Level C CPR
- Vulernable Sector Check
- Reliable, properly insured vehicle, and the ability to transport Individuals within the community

and the ability to meet the following description are encouraged to submit a resume.
- Duties:_
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals in meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Help individuals with mobility and transportation needs
- Support individuals in participating in recreational activities and community outings
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals
- Experience:_
- Previous experience working with individuals with various cognitive and physical disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of person-centered care approaches and techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with individuals with disabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Flexibility and reliability to work various shifts
