We are accepting resumes for the postion of Team Lead in a community based licenced group home in Red Deer.

This position involves supervising and participating in, all aspects of daily living in a busy, active home. The Team Lead is a Community Disability Support Worker with the additional responsiblities of:

- developing a positive and effective relationship with staff and Individuals we support
- maintaining a positive team atmosphere
- maintain a home where all feel safe and valued.
- train and supervise team according to agency policies
- development, implementation and reporting of personalized plans for each individual, including Care Plans, ISP's Behaviour Support plans, Quarterly reports
- overseeing, delgating and participating in, all aspect of running the household and the support programs in place.
- working closely with the Program Coordinator and other Team Leads to ensure agency standards and personal rights are upheld.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed 2-year Post-Secondary Diploma in Human Services or related field or Experience/ education combination
- 1 year supervisory experience
- First Aid/CPR
- Vulernable Sector Check
- Valid Alberta Drivers License/ reliable vehicle and insurance for use at work.

**Salary**: $21.90-$25.15 per hour
