**Duties**

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our office, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in computerized systems for scheduling and data entry
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and customer service principles

This position offers an opportunity to be the face of our office, interact with diverse individuals daily, and contribute to the smooth operation of our administrative processes.

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
