**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble components and products efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand assembly requirements.
- Fabricate parts as needed, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
- Perform welding tasks when necessary to ensure structural integrity of assembled products.
- Conduct quality checks using calipers and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Operate forklifts safely for the movement of materials and finished products within the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Assembly Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Familiarity with calipers and other measuring instruments for quality assurance tasks.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required at hiring.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques related to assembly processes.

Pay: $19.18-$24.00 per hour
