Penny’s offers a laid back and unique vibe, welcoming travelers from around the world as well as local residents of the Blue Mountain Area. In addition to our regular shareables menu, Après features an Oyster Bar as well as extensive cocktail/beer and wine offerings 7 nights a week.

Prior kitchen experience is required. In addition to your hourly pay, you will be eligible for tip-outs from FOH staff and other staff discounts and incentives. If you enjoy making and plating incredible food and offerings, we’d love to hear from you

Duties can include (not limited to):

- Food prep
- Menu execution & plating
- Verbal communication skills
- Work well with others in a small space
- Running dishes through the dishwasher, keep sinks and kitchen spaces clean. Deep clean when required.
- Oven and BBQ operation
- Help FOH close down on certain nights
- Washing, preparing and shucking oysters and related items
- Food safety and preparation skills including an understanding of how viruses and bacteria can spread
- Emptying trash, mopping floors, and taking care of other routine tasks
- Safe Food Handlers Certificate required
- BBQ skills not required but an asset
- Washing and polishing glass and flat ware

**Job Types**: Part-time

Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

- Kitchen BOH: 1 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Food Handlers (required)
