**Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the sales representatives and the sales director.
- Assist customer service with handling calls, processing orders, returns, credits, etc.
- Validate and process COOP credits.
- Enter pricing lists, promotions, discounts, and other programming data into SAP and clients/retailer platforms.
- Manage private label clients (orders, invoices, payment, follow-up, deliveries, etc.).
- Oversee Minimum Advertised Price compliance and follow up with clients.
- Manage product listings, registrations, and promotional activity tracking.
- Offer first-line support for CRM.
- Perform sales analysis, generate reports, inventory sheets, and other for the sales team.
- Cover an internal sales territory.
- Perform any other related tasks.

**Required Competences and Skills**:

- Experience in the consumer goods industry is an asset.
- Organized, detail-oriented, with strong teamwork skills.
- Autonomous, versatile, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills required).
- Experience with CRM systems and/or SAP is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual (French/English), both spoken and written (English is required as we serve clients across Canada).
- Adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and skilled at prioritizing.

**Education**:
Have one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a similar role.

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Full-time, permanent job
