**Position Summary**: This position will work closely with the sales team to understand and support the marketing and sales strategies we employ. You will also assist the sales & service leadership team with the translation of meaningful data to track the performance of our sales and marketing activities and strategies. We will provide you with a basic understanding of how marketing, social media, and event planning activities drive order opportunities for our sales team. This position will also be responsible for activities related to event planning, social media planning and development, and sales reporting.

- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop marketing and social media campaigns, and collect, analyze, and interpret the results of campaigns.
- Support sales and inside sales with key initiatives, proposal documents, dashboards, order, and proposal tracking, etc.
- Coordinate all tradeshows, company, and local events, including working with a show management company for all details and logistics, scheduling customer events, hotels, etc.
- Participate in the creation of and maintenance of sales representative dashboards.
- Conduct industry surveys and market research projects. Conduct market research on competitors to augment marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with each Aerzen Canada location to ensure proper corporate branding. Ensure stock levels of marketing material, promotional items, uniforms, etc. are available.
- Support sales & service teams with maintaining customer records to ensure accurate information exists in our system.
- Produce and edit content like social media posts, videos, e-books, infographics, presentation decks and webinars.
- Support the recruiting process by positioning the company as a premier employer to attract the right talent by developing slide shows of company culture, showcasing specific jobs with open positions, providing HR with information and images for the message board, etc.
