We’re seeking an individual who takes immense pride in their work, holds themselves accountable for high-quality deliverables, and is eager to enhance customer experiences. As the Building Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably with residential properties.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and improvements in common areas.
- Uphold and enhance the quality of customer service experiences.
- Respond promptly and attentively to tenant requests.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Availability to work after hours, on-call on a rotational schedule, including weekends, and respond to emergency calls.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

**Maintenance Skills**:

- Proficiency in drywall repair and preparation.
- Experience in interior commercial painting and drywall.
- Basic plumbing and electrical skills.
- Ability to install and repair appliances.
- Capable of performing tasks such as snow removal, parkade clean-up, heavy garbage removal, moving and lifting heavy appliances, and similar duties.
- Building Operation Skills:

- Experience with HVAC and Building Automation Systems.
- General knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and closed-loop systems (hot water, glycol, cooling water).
- Familiarity with fire protection systems.
- Understanding of emergency generator operations.
