With an expanding base of early customers and our first 21 satellites in orbit, Kepler is continuing to grow and expand its most important asset - the Team Based out of our HQ in Toronto and with an office in the UK and a newly formed office in the US we are building towards a truly global company delivering a product for the whole world.

As the supply chain coordinator, you’ll support Kepler’s company-wide supply chain activities, ensuring our engineering and manufacturing teams have the supplies and parts needed to design, test, and produce Kepler’s next-generation constellation of satellites. You’ll also play a critical role in shipping out our satellites and equipment to virtually any place in the world You’ll own the upstream and downstream supply chain including logistics, customs, export permits, inventory, purchasing, and inventory management.

In this truly exciting position, there will be a mix of following established and routine processes while also having the opportunity to improve the day-to-day of our sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management activities. We’ll be looking to you to maintain the processes playbook and implement new systems to add value to our supply chain activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage logistics for pickups and deliveries of all shipments both domestically and internationally, including customs paperwork preparation and coordination with courier services
- Receive all inbound shipments and document in Netsuite ERP
- Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders (POs) for goods and services using Netsuite software, send POs to vendors and follow up on outstanding POs
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain product or service information such as cost, lead times, availability of stock, and delivery schedules
- Manage relationships, facilitating communication between vendors and internal teams (engineering, product development, production...), negotiating terms and conditions, and resolving quality issues
- Monitor supplier performance and inventory needs to identify potential issues in the supply chain
- Support inventory management activities such as cycle counts and stock accuracy reporting
- Support sourcing and supply chain risk assessment activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Procurement/Engineering or any other related field
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent software skills, with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Affinity for turning an ambiguous and unstructured situation into a repeatable process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable liaising with external parties
- Must be able to move delivered packages as required (up to 10kg)

**Bonus Points**:

- Previous experience purchasing mechanical and electrical components/supplies from international suppliers
- Previous experience working with customs and international shipments
