Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Server to join our Tipsy Moose team. As a Food and Beverage Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, and delivering beverages in a timely manner. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
- Must possess a valid Pro Serve certificate_
- Full-time employees are eligible for extended health care benefits after 3 months of joining._

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders accurately and efficiently using a POS system
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food service as needed
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in the restaurant or beverage service industry is preferred
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the food industry as needed
