**Overview**
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences (Bartenders).
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the Micros POS system, and deliver items promptly (Servers).
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, answering questions, and addressing concerns or requests.
- Collaborate with bar and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, following food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including processing payments and handling tips.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages.
- Contribute to a positive team environment with professionalism and a guest-first attitude.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is an asset.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
