We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced **Manager, Infrastructure Services** to join our growing team. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, you will lead the teams responsible for the 24x7x365 health of our critical systems and infrastructure.

You are known as an established supportive and collaborative leader with the ability to build, mentor, coach and lead a team of IT professionals

Key responsibilities in this role include:

- Promoting and managing the development, implementation and maintenance of consistent Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes in the Infrastructure Services area
- Leading the maintenance, troubleshooting and support of technology infrastructure
- Implementing and maintaining a security plan in support of defined security parameters from our in-house Security Team related to all systems, infrastructure hardware and software, outsourced infrastructure services and associated information
- Managing technology infrastructure quality assurance, service and security standards, and reporting aligned with internal and external client standards and agreements
- Providing leadership oversight to a team of unionized and non-unionized Infrastructure Services employees
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with contractors, vendors and senior staff in other departments; consulting and negotiating service level and maintenance agreements with internal and external clients and external service providers to ensure service standards and agreements are delivered and fulfilled
- Recommending and managing section Operating Budgets; monitoring and reviewing expenditures related to infrastructure services, operations and maintenance, and conducting ongoing resource and cost-benefit analyses.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role, large enterprise environment
- Proficiency in ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management
- Proven leadership abilities, including team building, coaching, conflict resolution, and decision-making
- Strong technical expertise in network infrastructure, server administration, virtualization, cloud computing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors and to represent the department in various meetings, working groups and committees
- Extensive experience working closely with cross function teams (Dev, Security & Support)
- ITIL Foundation v3 or later accreditation is preferred

**SECURITY REQUIREMENTS**:
As a condition of employment at E-Comm, the required Police Security Clearance applicable to the position must be acquired and maintained. This is a process carried out by our law enforcement partner agencies, facilitated by E-Comm. The minimum residency in Canada to qualify for this position, as established by our law enforcement partner agencies, is 5 years.

**Vaccination Policy**:E-Comm 911 has a vaccination policy that is currently suspended. However, should the policy be reinstated, it will be a requirement for all current and future employees.
