The Butcher is currently looking for a full-time Meat Cutter/Whole Animal Butcher Shop in Langley, BC. We offer a competitive wage in an excellent work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Breakdown carcasses
- Cut, trim, bone, grind, and portion meat to specifications for orders
- Prepare sausages and meat deli products
- Follow PACS, CFIA, and WorkSafeBC regulations
- Clean tools, equipment, and work area to health and sanitation standards
- Ensure products meet quality standards

Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Speak, read, and write basic English
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job
