Amazon Ads Optimization Specialist

**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct in-depth audits of Amazon advertising campaigns to identify opportunities for performance improvement across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Develop and implement data-driven Amazon PPC and DSP strategies to improve campaign efficiency, drive traffic, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyze performance metrics using Amazon Ads Console, Amazon Attribution, and third-party analytics tools to identify trends, optimize bids, and adjust targeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, marketplace, creative) to align advertising efforts with product listings, branding, and promotional goals.
- Monitor advertising performance daily and generate detailed reports on KPIs such as CTR, ACoS, conversion rate, and sales growth.
- Stay informed on Amazon’s algorithm updates, advertising features, and industry trends to continuously refine strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to identify the most effective tactics for conversion rate optimization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s advertising platforms (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Ads).
- Proficiency in tools such as Amazon Ads Console, Helium 10, Perpetua, or similar analytics/automation tools.
- Experience with campaign testing strategies (A/B testing) and conversion rate optimization.
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
