As a Barista in our extremely busy cafe, you will craft high-quality coffee beverages with a focus on exceptional latte art, delivering both speed and precision in a high-energy environment. Your primary responsibilities include:
Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks (espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) with consistent, visually appealing latte art.
Operating espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently under pressure.
Engaging with customers, taking orders, and providing friendly, prompt service.
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation amidst a fast-paced setting.
Managing multiple orders simultaneously while ensuring quality and accuracy.
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
**Requirements**:
Proven barista experience with advanced latte art skills (e.g., hearts, rosettas, tulips).
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and specialty drink preparation.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
1+ years of experience in a high-volume cafe setting.
Passion for coffee and creativity in latte art design.

En tant que barista dans notre café extrêmement animé, vous préparerez des boissons au café de haute qualité avec un accent particulier sur un art du latte exceptionnel, alliant rapidité et précision dans un environnement dynamique. Vos principales responsabilités incluent:
Préparer et servir une variété de boissons au café (espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) avec un art du latte visuellement attrayant et constant.
Utiliser efficacement les machines à espresso, moulins et autres équipements sous pression.
Interagir avec les clients, prendre les commandes et offrir un service amical et rapide.
Maintenir un poste de travail propre et organisé dans un environnement à rythme soutenu.
Gérer simultanément plusieurs commandes tout en assurant qualité et précision.
Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour garantir des opérations fluides pendant les heures de pointe.
Respecter les normes de santé, de sécurité et d'hygiène.
Exigences:
Expérience confirmée en tant que barista avec des compétences avancées en art du latte (ex. : cœurs, rosettes, tulipes).
Capacité à exceller dans un environnement à haute pression et à rythme rapide.
Excellentes compétences en multitâche et en gestion du temps.
Solides compétences en service client et en communication.
Connaissance des grains de café, des techniques d'infusion et de la préparation de boissons spéciales.
Flexibilité pour travailler tôt le matin, en soirée, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
Préférences:
Plus d'un an d'expérience dans un café à fort volume.
Passion pour le café et créativité dans la conception d'art du latte.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.10-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
