OverviewJob Title: Manager – Senior ResidencesLocation: Skye Hotel & ResidencesDepartment: Senior Living OperationsReports To: General Manager / DirectorsThe Manager – Senior Residences at Skye Hotel & Residences is responsible for the day-to-day management, operations, and resident satisfaction of our senior living community. This role combines compassionate care with operational excellence, ensuring a safe, dignified, and enriching living experience for all residents. The Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team and uphold the standards and values of Skye Hotel & Residences.ResponsibilitiesResident Experience & Community Management: Ensure the highest level of resident care, comfort, dignity, and well-being. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and their families. Oversee onboarding, orientation, and integration of new residents into the community. Plan and supervise community activities, events, and wellness programs. Monitor resident feedback and continuously improve service offerings.Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily operations of the Senior Residences, including housekeeping, dining, wellness, and maintenance. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards across the facility. Manage vendors and service providers related to senior living operations.Team Leadership: Lead, train, and support a team of caregiving, administrative, and support staff. Promote a positive work environment that aligns with the mission of Skye Hotel & Residences. Monitor staff performance, ensure adequate staffing levels, and oversee scheduling.Financial & Administrative Management: Prepare and manage budgets for the Senior Residences segment. Monitor expenses, resource utilization, and efficiency of services.
