**Overview**

**Duties**
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to clean and restore damaged properties.
- Assess the extent of damage and determine appropriate restoration methods.
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
- Clean and sanitize affected areas using specialized equipment.
- Build structures or components as needed during the restoration process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following safety protocols.
- Document restoration processes and communicate progress with supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restoration or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong cleaning skills with an understanding of restoration techniques.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
- A valid driver’s license required depending on job assignments.
