**What You’ll be Doing**:
**Process and Change Management**
- Lead and chair the weekly Change Advisory Board, Change-Calendar and related processes for all production environment changes
- Oversee all IS Policies and Procedures for completeness working with functional areas; manage the master list and the bi-annual (or as necessary) cycle for reviews/refresh/signoffs
Conduct on-going analysis and ensure appropriate level of SOPs/Policies/Work instructions, etc
- Help build the IS Service Catalogue with supporting processes to improve operational efficiency, collaborating with the Service Desk and functional leads
- Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications - verbally or through written documentation - to the department and other associates
- Single point of contact for audit requirements (internal/external) for:
Sox controls, internal/external audit, security audits, etc.
Coordination between functional areas, teams, and individuals
Work closely with Internal Audit and IS leaders to develop and coordinate a compliance schedule tailored to the applicable regulations
- Maintains a visible calendar for audit, tracking audit results along with remediation efforts and due dates
**Performance Management**
- Assist in the implementation and coordination of a department performance management framework; working with functional area leaders (Service Owners) to define:
Key metrics and KPIs aligning with business values and IS department needs
Developing and documenting a process to support the framework
Help develop a metrics dashboard; collect and summarize metrics
Ensures monitoring requirements are defined and carried out by process owners/managers
Establish the performance management cycle with regular reporting and follow up on the measurements (tracking with month over month analysis)
Prepare communication of overall IS performance towards key stakeholders
- Develops plans and schedules to undertake work (mini projects) and communicates frequently
- Research and assist in the implementation of the tool(s), reports, and process necessary to support performance management
- Maintain and archive metrics for evaluation and internal/external benchmarking
**What You’ll Bring**:
- College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer science or IT Management and/or 7 years equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of business processes, with a flair for business administration and human capital management
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology development
- ITIL Change Management experience with tools that manage support for Change, Configuration and Problem Management, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience with department performance management, KPIs, reporting and dashboard creation, development and with associated tools (i.e., MS Power BI, etc.)
- 3-5 years project management experience
