- The creator of VZH Inc. It has been serving the need of North American Real Estate construction, preservation & development in association with our sister companies in Canada since 2001.
- Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and determine eligibility of potential contractors to hire for the company.
- Assign WO to contractors in a timely manner and communicate effectively with Business

Analysts to ensure deadlines are met.
- Capable of assisting in processing WO in an accurate and timely manner
- Relationship management with US customers and vendors.
- Meeting targets and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Innovate and implement ideas for efficiency, productivity and ensure continuous business development.
- Drive analysis and processing tasks in accordance with the company's growth vision and organization goal
- Achieving all the KPI of respective territory.
- The prospective employees will be responsible for performing duties as assigned.

- Very good communication skills, research ability in English with excellent spelling, grammar, pronunciation and analytical ability.
- Highly equipped with preservation industry associated knowledge and skill
- Responsible and Self-motivated with having ability to work within time constraints.

**Salary**
- Attractive Salary Package depending on skills and experience

**Compensation & Other Benefits**

- Travel Allowance, snacks and an hour break per day shall be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
