**Showroom Coordinator - Vancouver location**

CF Interiors is currently seeking a showroom coordinator who will assist in all administration duties for the Designer & Trade sales team based in Vancouver, BC. This role requires someone who is detail oriented and excels at written and oral communication. Customer Service is the cornerstone of our company, and we are looking for someone that is outgoing and confident in engaging with clients, vendors and colleagues. You must also be a strong administrator, excellent at multitasking, and work well under pressure.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Administrative duties related to sales support such as processing Accounts Receivables, payments, sourcing, quoting, and creating orders
- Maintain a welcoming environment to clients as the showroom's first point of contact as this position will be at the front entrance and will greet all clients
- Participate in discussions and sharing ideas to contribute to the overall success of CF Interiors Designer + Trade program
- Assist in planning and coordinating designer related in-store events
- Maintain the cleanliness and general operations of the showroom
- Merchandise and oversee resources center, samples, and overall showroom appearance
- Keep track of and organize the ordering of any necessary showroom supplies
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of all CF product and vendors

**Experience**:

- 1 year administration
- 1 - 3 year customer service

**Assets**:

- Hospitality Experience
- Sales Team Experience
- Passion for furniture and Interior Design

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
