**Attributes for success in this role**:
As a Business Process Improvement Analyst, you will need to be up to date on processes, functions, and business objectives to ensure that you are supporting the business and helping it deliver outstanding customer experience. You must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own business requirements for new customer relationship management (CRM) system implementation;
- Draft, review, and revise business requirement documents and process flows as needed and obtain stakeholder approval.
- Collaborate with legal, marketing, sales and business managers to ensure final process documents meet legal requirements and quality standards;
- Maintain the proper housing of process documentation including version control and system updates;
- Highlight areas of opportunities and identify ways to optimize business performance.
- Act as the lead coordinator for ensuring successful and timely execution of assigned process improvement business projects
- Manage multiple small to medium size projects or strategic initiatives through all project life cycles
- Own and maintain relevant project related documentation like business cases, requirements, project plans, meeting minutes, issue logs, tasks list and change management lists
- Facilitate and coordinate project meetings, lead change management and communication
- Effectively communicate project status & provide timely escalation of issues to ensure project objectives are met
- Demonstrate effective planning and effective stakeholder management as well as an ability to set and manage realistic project timelines.
- Analyze stakeholder needs, identify gaps, identify risks and define capabilities for an acceptable solution to the business problem
- Perform campaign analysis, various ad-hoc reporting, research and analysis duties to support day-to-day operational and strategic management decisions.
- Conduct ad-hoc competitive analysis (i.e. research, analyze and monitor financial and demographic factors) in order to capitalize on market opportunities on potential product launches

**Requirements**:

- Excellent business verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain business processes;
- Understanding the implications of changing processes and requirements for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making;
- Strong analytical skills, attention-to-detail, and organization;
- Positive interpersonal, negotiations and human/customer relations skills;
- Strong time management skill and the ability to prioritize tasks by solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;
- Able to execute duties with minimum supervision in a fast-paced, deadline driven, monitored environment.

**Experience**:

- Experience with Microsoft Suite, especially Visio flowcharts;
- Experience with Salesforce preferred;
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant experience in business process improvement, call center or similar customer centric environment.
- Previous experience writing business requirements, use cases, test scripts, process flows, and functional specifications will be an added plus

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar discipline
