General Warehouse Help Position (WGH)

Title: General Warehouse Helper - Reports to Owner/General Manager and/or Pre-Stain Lead Hand Standard Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Position Summary: Working independently or as part of a team to meet clearly defined goals set by the General Manager or Pre-Stain Lead Hand the Warehouse General Helper will work on assigned tasks including completing general warehouse duties, Pre-Stain orders, maintaining equipment and facilities and other duties as outlined below.

Main Responsibilities:

- Creating shipping labels, calling shipment orders in.
- Unloading trucks - forklift ticket is a must.
- Shipping/Receiving daily duties
- Managing tint machine with daily maintenance and cleaning
- Managing inventory for warehouse items
- Packaging and bottling coating liquids
- Ensuring that all merchandise is properly secured in the delivery process ready for transport
- Building orders
- Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Utilizing warehouse lift equipment to load and unload merchandise as well as move, lift, or stack merchandise as needed.
- Performing all duties necessary to maintain warehouse cleanliness, which includes sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed
- Use and operate all equipment, in a safe and responsible manner
- Work as a member of a team to meet production goals
- Complete all required paperwork neatly and as necessary

Certificates or licenses:

- A valid forklift certificate is an asset
- Forklift experience is mandatory

Additional Information:
The incumbent is required to wear steel toe boots and a safety vest at all times

Additional Responsibilities: From time to time as scheduling requires, WGH will be asked to perform tasks required in the Warehouse. General Manager or Pre-Stain Lead Hand will ask the PSGS to report to the Warehouse Manager at this time.

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
