**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while promoting our products and services.

**Duties**
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.

**Skills**
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally and courteously.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while understanding customer needs.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Pay: $17.30 per hour
