**We are looking for a Facility Technician.**

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- MUST live in the Greater Toronto Area

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensuring Preventative Maintenance Program is current for all operational equipment.
- Assisting tin the preparation of a consolidation annual business plan and budget.
- Assisting with all aspects of the Heating Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment.
- Preparing existing and installing equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance throughout the building.
- Performing routine repair work & other work of a general maintenance nature.
- Inspecting assigned facility spaces/fixtures for deterioration, cleanliness and orderliness.
- Conducting inspection to ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
- Performing all other duties assigned or requested by Management

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Mechanical equipment: 3 years (preferred)
