**As the Customer Care Coordinator you will**:

- Process customer orders; including screening all orders for accuracy and price discrepancies, sending order confirmation and communicating changes to the customer
- Process RMAs (Returned Material Authorization)
- Support efficient on-boarding of new customers
- Promptly respond to customer concerns and issues and follow through to resolution
- Provide a positive customer experience and improvements to our Net Promoter Scores
- Support activities with the sales team to grow new accounts and maintain existing business
- Support development of processes and assigned strategic initiatives that improve effectiveness and efficiency of the organization

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- A related post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Customer Service
- Excellent customer service, and business communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, and problem solving skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and time constraints
- Familiarity with typical sales processes
- ERP business systems and Quality Management Systems experience
