**Job Summary**

Under the direction of the Financial Controller, the incumbent will play an active role in strategic planning for optimizing workflow and building operational frameworks and processes. The **Jr. Financial Analyst** will perform various functions to ensure the timely and accurate flow of financial information and control functions.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Primary liaison between FP&A and Accounting to ensure consolidated externally reported results are consistent with those used for forecasting /budgeting.
- Provide accounting assistance/support in response to departmental inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies timely and appropriate.
- Assist and participate in the Price generation process.
- Utilize advanced spreadsheet skills to collect, maintain and analyze financial and statistical data.
- Assist with R&D Projects, RFQ, and Price increases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by collaborating on ideas and supporting various analytical projects.
- Analysis of Sales, custom reports’ generation.
- Work closely with the operations leaders on daily/weekly updates to the forecasts, including highlights and commentaries on current performance developments and emerging future trends.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure that all operational activities have been properly accounted for and recorded, and that all accruals are done in accordance with established standards.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience, manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Strong data management computer skills including advanced Excel and database tools like Sage Accpac, Salesforce, etc.
- Ability to articulate data and communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5pm
