**Pival International Inc. is a global logistics and supply chain management company with a comprehensive menu of warehousing logistics solutions and transportation solutions, including time sensitivity (land and air), FTL, LTL, intermodal.**
Reporting to the Logistic Supervisor, the incumbent of the role will be performing daily activities of the customer service operations and shipping office and act as liaison with other departments and divisions while ensuring to answer to customer queries and resolving shipment issues.
**ROLE TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Check & review systems for order activity and availability.
- Coordinate and processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment.
- Coordinates the process of inbound and outbound loads and oversees cycle of product receipt or closing.
- Coordinates the process of return goods according to established department policies and procedures.
- Partners with the Transportation team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
- Organize the purchase of warehouse supplies in accordance with purchasing policies and budgets.
- Cross-reference customers systems (SAP) with PiVAL WMS to ensure order alignment.
- Review WMS/SAP accuracy and reliability for product within our building.
- Update productivity/billing and dock planning documents daily
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and service knowledge requests.
- Identify & facilitate process improvement projects to drive efficiency

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3PL Supply Chain/Transportation industry.
- Minimum vocational training (e.g. one year diploma)
- Experience dealing with FTL and LTL shipments
- Strong knowledge of 3PL and/or SAP system
- Familiar with RF & Warehouse Management systems

Expert level knowledge of Excel & MS Suite
